In the late 1980s, the “Big Three” automakers (Ford, GM, and Chrysler) wanted to develop the most effective development and production process possible. What they came up with is known as Advanced Product Quality Planning or APQP. It is a highly structured process that Gentry Plastics believes in.

APQP ensures that Gentry Plastics delivers as promised with

• Product design and development,
• Product production and delivery—on time and within budget,
• Defect prevention and variation prevention in production,
• Waste minimization during production.

We are proactive in seeking feedback from our customers, and making adjustments where needed.

Gentry Plastics operates according to the procedures and guidelines as outlined by the International Organization for Standardization.
